The Story Behind Slim 50 Pilates

I’m Victoria, a professional Pilates instructor, and my own mother had just turned 53 when she shared these exact thoughts with me and asked if I could help her.

I decided to create a program specifically for her — one that would help burn stubborn fat that had built up over the years and gently tone the body, especially the legs, arms, and core.

We began testing different movements that I knew were effective, but I wanted to find out which ones truly suited her body. I knew her body no longer worked the same way as the bodies of women in their 20s and 30s who attend my Pilates classes.
