I’m Victoria, a professional Pilates instructor, and my own mother had just turned 53 when she shared these exact thoughts with me and asked if I could help her.
I decided to create a program specifically for her — one that would help burn stubborn fat that had built up over the years and gently tone the body, especially the legs, arms, and core.
