We do not ship or deliver any physical products.
Because no physical items are sold or shipped, returns do not apply.
Refund Policy
Although we do not offer returns, we do provide a money-back guarantee for our digital program.
4-Week Money-Back Guarantee
If you have followed the Slim 50+ Pilates program and are not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund within 4 weeks (28 days) from the date of purchase.

Once your refund is approved:
- The payment will be returned to your original payment method
